When I phoned the help line I got voice mail which was never returned. Emails were ignored. What could and should be a very helpful product is a waste of time due to extreamly poor product support. I assume this service is a subcon operation in the US commissioned by BT. If they want to make money from the service they need to offer it direct with full UK product support. I spoke to bt and they said it was a known issue and they are working on it!
